Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to take up HOUSE                                                                
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16 am Requesting the Governor                                                                         
to proclaim September 7, 2009, as Senator Daniel Inouye Day, which                                                              
had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 989). Without objection,                                                            
the resolution was read the second time and was before the Senate on                                                            
Final Passage.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senators Hoffman, Stedman, Huggins, Meyer, McGuire, Ellis,                                                                      
Paskvan, Wielechowski, Menard, Dyson, Thomas, Davis, French,                                                                    
Wagoner, Bunde, Kookesh, Olson, Therriault, Stevens moved and                                                                   
asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the                                                                    
resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered.
